He was prompt on response to an inquiry, came to the house to inspect the project and prepare an estimate, scheduled a prompt date for repairs, purchased necessary material, and performed the work professionally in a very courteous manner at a very reasonable price.
I have dealt with many,many contractors for decades on different projects. Mr. Johnson is an example of how contract maintenance service should be provided.

Prices are very reasonable he doesn’t look to rip people off and the great thing is even though I didn’t find him on this site, he is on Nextdoor.
